Automatic Return & Signature Service

If signature confirmation is required and the package is returned to the sender, a fee of $8.95 USD (or $29.89 USD for international orders) will apply.

If the signature request is abandoned, or you have an agreement with FedEx, DHL, or UPS to retain the signature, we are no longer responsible for any loss or damage.

All international orders and high-value items require a signature upon delivery.
Force Majeure Delay
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control, including national crises, holidays, natural disasters, or shipping carrier issues. We are unable to offer refunds for shipping costs in such cases.
International Taxes
