The following products are not eligible for the 30-day return and refund policy:

  2. Products that have been worn, damaged, or contaminated.

  3. Products stored or exposed to extreme conditions.

  4. Unauthorized repairs, misuse, negligence, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.

  5. Parts of complete product sets being returned individually.

  6. Claims made more than 30 days after the item was received.


Return Process

  1. Include the Following Information in Your Return Package:

    • Order number and product SKU for the item(s) you are returning.

    • Shipping label (on the outside of the package).

    • A brief reason for the return.

    No restocking fees will be charged for returns.
